The exterior of our home. Three minutes away is the bakery, butchers a hairdressers and a small supermarket. There also is the Pensioners Club and a bar but has limited opening hours. There are other bars in the village. Hallway/Summer Sitting Area/Study - 14ft 4ins x 11ft 3ins Doorway has rejas and glass windows that open. Perfect for fresh air in the summer. Landline - ample electric sockets - wall lights. Winter Sitting Area - 22ft 7ins x 11ft 4ins (includes Formal Dining Area) TV Point and fireplace Winter Sitting Area. Antique tiles surround the fire place which were blessed by the local priest when the church was inaugueated. There is space for a wood burning stove.
Formal Dining Area (see size for Winter Sitting Area) Moroccan wall lights included Double Bedroom 11ft 3ins x 9ft 8ins with floor to ceiling wardrobe and cupboards. There is an ceiling fan for warm summer evenings and shutters to keep out the sun. There is a TV point Double Bedroom with double floor to ceiling wardrobe. Modern fully tiled bathroom with shower. Low level WC and vanity unit with marble top, mirror and overhead lights. 8ft 7ins x 5ft 9ins
Well equipped Kitchen/Breakfast room 12ft 8ins x 14ft 7ins. Plumbed for washing machine and ample wall and floor units. Ample electrical wall sockets. Space for table and chairs for 4 people. Opens onto the patio Kitchen/dining room View from Kitchen through to the patio Patio with selection of flowers and bushes.
